Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges for an alternative size or style (subject to availability), or a store credit valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • The item must not be marked as sale, outlet, or final sale
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or store credit if the returned item does not meet the above conditions. This includes items returned outside of the return timeframe, items that show signs of wear, or items returned without original tags attached.

If a return is rejected, the item will be sent back to the customer and any associated shipping costs will not be covered. 

Important Information

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty or incorrect
